Our Services Translation A Japanese native translator and a native English translator pair will always be assigned to work on our translation requests. The initial translation will be divided between the pair (or team) assigned to the project and then exchanged for checking to ensure accuracy. To ensure the tone and flow of the translation is suitable in the target language, an industry specialist of the text topic will complete a final proof of the document. One Language Proofreading This involves English or Japanese proofreading. Your document can be tailored to order. We can review the document and suggest changes, or rewrite the document to improve the style and readability. Translation Checks Checks of already translated material using both the source file and the target file. Formatting and Desktop Publishing Includes basic document formatting as well as more comprehensive document publishing services, such as combining text and graphics in PowerPoint presentations, maps, etc. Certification Certificates of accuracy can be provided upon request. However, we can only provide certificates for translations that have originally been translated by Nexus TS. We cannot provide certifications for rush requests. Further, if a certificate of accuracy is requested after a project has been awarded, Nexus TS reserves the right to ask for extra time to review the final product. Next Day Delivery If next day delivery is required, our team will ensure your project is delivered on time. Large Volume Requests Our vast network of translators enables us to offer simple solutions to large translation projects. Our Project Manager will assemble a team that is best suited to efficiently manage your large volume request. Confidentiality We regard confidentiality with the utmost importance and enforce adherence to non-disclosure agreements with all of our contractors.
